JYT-GF High-Speed Hot Melt Adhesive Coating Machine
The JIAYUAN JYT-GF is a precision hot melt adhesive coating machine for self-adhesive labels, thermal labels, adhesive tapes and heat-sensitive composite materials. It features PLC & HMI control, automatic constant tension unwinding/winding, pneumatic flying splice device, dynamically balanced rollers. Coating width: 400–2000 mm, speed: 50-300 m/min, coating weight: 10–200 g/m². Compact, reliable and versatile, it delivers uniform, consistent adhesive coating and enables non-stop production.

Main Characteristics
- Adopts PLC control with HMI. It supports speed display, glue weight setting, and tension adjustment for unwinding & winding.
- Equipped with a pneumatic splicing device for convenient material jointing. It keeps the joint flat and enables non-stop production.
- Fully automatic constant tension control for unwinder and rewinder. Center & surface winding ensures neat, smooth rolls. High-precision alloy steel die head delivers excellent coating performance at high speed.
- Extended distance between coating and lamination, suitable for laminating materials with poor heat resistance.
