Main Characteristics
- This production line is specially designed for non-asphalt waterproof rolls.It is fully equipped with front material storage, coating, edge film laminating, film trimming, sand spreading, automatic material storage cutting and finished product winding units.
- The machine also comes with an automatic edge correction system and glue pressure stabilization system, controlled by a PLC touch screen.
- The flow channel of the die head has a special design, which delivers uniform coating and avoids edge curling without stopping the machine.
- The whole line features high automation to cut production costs, and the working width can be customized as per customer requirements.
Range of Application
It is mainly used in the production of self-adhesive waterproofingroll-roofing material, automobile PVC floor leather coating, carpet coating and so on.
